Admittance in the apartments is from 15 to 19; apartments must be left before 10.
Prices include: water, electricity, gas, towels and bed linen with weekly change and final cleaning. Heating according to the consumption.
Animal 25 euro
A barbecue is at our guests' disposal.

Free services: laundry and car parking.
CONDITIONS:
The apartments are let from Saturday to next Saturday (only on July and August).
The Booking from below must be completed in full and sent to the manager who will immediately answer by e-mail.
The guest has to confirm the booking and within the third following working day to effect the payment by bank credit and send a copy by e-mail or fax.
NB: if this condition is not fully respected, the booking is not to be considered valid.
The manager will communicate the positive receipt of the bank credit by e-mail.
The deposit is equivalent to 30%. If the booking is cancelled or the guste does not come, the manager will keep the deposit.
The letting settlement and the caution money will be paid at the arrival (150 EUR). The caution will be given back at the departure.
